Hey peeps, Rochelle here and I am just quickly jumping on the blog to give you a quick little update on what we have been doing since January! Wow, it has been a busy few months. Not only have we grown our client base but also the team....BOOM!
We secured not one but two retail brands and our first luxury client.... omg us luxury! We may not look like a typical high end agency, but we have attracted them, we know our shit and deliver. We've upgraded many things within the business and yet still more to come.
We have got clients in independent and national magazines throughout Q1 such as FROW, Style (The Sunday Times), Good Housekeeping and Cosmopolitan to name a few.... this includes both print and digital, as well as helping out some of our friends who aren't our clients get placed.
We may be small but we growing everyday and starting to gain great coverage for all our clients, as well as creative campaigns. I am really pleased with the growth of both us and all our brands on our books. We have seen an increase in sales and brand awareness for various clients and have celebrate each success with them.
After sitting back and reflecting on everything achieved I feel like a proud Mum (although I am not a mum hahaha). When creating this agency, I knew I didn't want to be like everyone else. I knew that I wanted to be different, but most importantly I had one key thing in mind and that was to make each client feel important and part of the #RWPRFamily.
We don't just want clients on our books to look like we have a massive portfolio, or that we win business every week or even to make us look like the biggest and best agency. What is great for some is not great for me.... real talk!
What is for me is being unique, staying true to who I am as a person/ brand, being small and particular - a little bit picky at times, being honest, being hands on and building a strong brand that is a true representation of what I do best . It's never about being the biggest and everyone knowing who I am, or even blowing my own trumpet haha - I mean who even has time for that?!
Keeping it real, has helped us to deliver the best results, develop staff skills, play to everyone's strengths and growth in all areas.
Getting through Q1 was a massive learning curve but, this year I invested in personal and business development. We have been working closely with a company called Passion for Performance who have worked with major retail brands such as Argos, Homebase and Avon to help myself and team work and perform better.
This has to be one of the best investments that I have made in 2018 to date. Not only for myself but for my business. Due to such good success with us, PFP are now working with three of our clients all within various industries, which for them has again been a great experience with amazing feedback. To end this blog I just want to say, what a great first half of the year we've had. I am really proud of the team and also, hitting some of the goals that I had set for the company.
